Mr. Robert Porter, MHRM

Director of Human Resources

Robert Porter was born in Phoenix, Arizona and grew up in Yakota, Japan and North Las Vegas Nevada where he attended Bishop Gorman High School. Robert completed his master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) at Urbana University in Ohio. Following his collegiate and professional basketball experience in Luanda, Angola, he relocated back to Phoenix. Robert has gained extensive experience working in the non-profit industry for over 10 years as a human resource professional and direct service support staff. He comes from a military family which has provided him with opportunities to travel and visit varied countries.

Robert is honored to be the Director of Human Resources for Austin Centers and looks forward to providing the support, training and resources required to produce an effective and productive work environment.

Outside of work Robert enjoys spending time with his family and participating in recreational sports.
