Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Kristin Reinert brings a strong blend of corporate experience, strategic insight, and people-first leadership to The ACES. Her career began at Target, where she built a foundation in team development, operational excellence and leadership. She later served in an HR Manager role at Vertex Education, supporting one of the largest charter school networks in the Southwest and helping to shape a high-performance, mission-driven culture, where she improved and revolutionized a lot of their HR functions and processes.

Today, Kristin channels that experience into building teams that thrive. She’s known for her ability to connect with people at every level of an organization, improve processes, lead through change with compassion and a can-do attitude, and foster a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

Outside of work, Kristin is a proud mom of two, an avid kickball and pickleball player, a lover of music and the outdoors, and someone who brings heart and energy to everything she does each and every day.
