Micheal is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of industry experience, 15 of which were spent as an IT leader in Pharmaceutical, Higher Education, and Behavioral Health. Currently heading the IT department at Austin Centers, Micheal is known for his unwavering dedication to process improvement and exceptional customer service.

His accomplishments have earned him multiple prestigious awards in process improvement, IT innovation, and customer service. Previously, Micheal played a pivotal role as the Director of Information Technology at Resilient Health, optimizing their technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations. He also served as the Director of User Support Services at Stevens Institute of Technology, where he not only showcased his leadership skills but also earned a Master’s in Technology Management at the School of Business, further honing his expertise.
