Ms. Michaele Pansza M.Ed.

Principal, Westminster, CO Campus

Ms. Michaele most recently served as a District Special Education Coordinator in Littleton Public Schools (CO) ​ and previously served as an Assistant Principal (15 years) and Special Education Teacher​.  Ms. Michaele brings expertise in strategic planning, program development, compliance, and using data to drive continuous improvement.​  Ms. Michaele believes in servant leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and the creation of inclusive environments where students and staff thrive.​

Ms. Michaele has degrees in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), and Educational Leadership.  Outside of work, enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
