Cynthia has proven herself as a versatile human capital leader who draws on the intersection of business acumen and deep expertise in the people function. Ms. Kenny has facilitated transformational growth by aligning people strategies with key business drivers, implementing performance management frameworks, focusing on culture and engagement, and implementing sustainable systems that enable scale.

Cynthia brings a unique skill set to us. She is very focused on customer service and equally adept at recruitment, retention, and employee recognition. She is very metric/data-focused, but first and foremost, she’s a “people person.”  Previously, Cynthia was the Chief Human Resource Officer for StateServ Medical, now known as Dragonfly Health. Ms. Kenny also spent five years at Republic Services and Apollo Education, all in the Phoenix area.

Ms. Kenny holds a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University and a MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She also earned the designation as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork, a Certificate in Salary Administration from WorldatWork and is a board member for Arizona Human Resources Executive Forum.
