Focus is placed on assisting each student to meet his or her academic, social, emotional, and behavioral goals which will allow them to return to their referring school district or charter school and become successful High School students in the near future.
- Team made up of a certified special education teacher and therapeutic support staff
- Collaborating with the student’s parents/guardians, related services
- Opportunity to develop independence by interacting with other students and staff to prepare for their eventual High School career
- Each student receives instruction based on the standards that are tailored to meet his or her specific educational needs as outlined in the IEP
